Exercise at Lakeside Lodge

Lakeside is pleased to announce that Jolie Hill will begin exercise classes in the Lakeside Lodge on May 3rd, 2010.

A word from Jolie:

It has been my privilege to help others make a serious commitment to lifelong fitness for over twenty eight years. My experience has given me perspective on the trends and the truths of the fitness industry. Although many “fads” have come and gone, I firmly believe that physical fitness can improve the quality of life for anyone willing to make the commitment. I have enjoyed an affiliation with two reputable health & fitness organizations throughout a major portion of my career – Colorado Athletic Clubs for sixteen years and Gold’s Gym American Fork since 2002. I have been honored to teach and work with many other dedicated professionals in the industry, and have made a personal commitment to serve as a wellness strategist for many clients in my classes. For me, fitness in all aspects of life is not only a personal commitment, it is my passion!

Classes will be held in the Lodge’s Movement studio according to the following schedule:

  • Mondays & Wednesdays: 6 AM to 7 AM – Boot Camp (advanced weight lifting/cardio circuit)
  • Mondays & Wednesdays: 7:30 AM to 8:30 AM – Foundations of Fitness (beginner resistance training, Pilates’ & stretch)
  • Saturdays: 7-8 AM: Fit for All (Core Conditioning & Stretch offered FREE for a limited time as a service to the Saratoga Springs Community.) This class will require sign-up on the blog since fire code will only allow for 20 participants in the Lodge Movement Studio. Other classes will go to this strategy as needed.
  • Specialty classes will be added as enrollment increases and the need presents itself. Possibilities include water aerobics, & Yoga in the short term and kickbox (Turbo Kick), Zumba and Conditioning for Kids in the long term.

Jolie will use a punch card system called a “punchpass” for payment. She will have a 10 “punchpass” for $45 ($4.50/class) and a 20 “punchpass” for $80 ($4.00/class). Classes will cost $5 each if purchased at the door – without a “punchpass”.

Jolie will offer a 50% discount for a 20 “punchpass” (with an expiration date 2 months from issue date) for the first 5 Lakeside homeowners to sign-up. There will be a waiting list for others to benefit from the discount on a rotating basis. If the homeowner uses the full “punchpass” before the expiration date, they get to continue with the discount. If the expiration date comes before they use it up, the discount will be offered to the next person on the waiting list.

This system will allow Jolie to continually offer 1/4 of the total potential class size (20) as a discount to Lakeside homeowners. The compensation structure also allows Lakeside the ability to attract someone of the caliber of Jolie Hill. Lakeside is pleased to offer this exciting opportunity to our residents and Jolie can’t wait to use Lakeside’s state-of-the-art facilities.

You can contact Jolie Hill directly by emailing her at befitwithjolie@gmail.com . You can also learn more about Jolie by visiting her blog at http://befitwithjolie.blogspot.com/
